Endeavour Shed

This shed was built to specifically house the construction of the replica of James Cook's HMB Endeavour.

On completion of the unsuccessful defence of the Cup in 1987 John Longley was charged with undertaking the construction of a museum standard replica of Captain James Cook's ship of discovery HMB Endeavour. Initially financed by Bond Corp, the replica was presented as a gift from the company to Australia on the anniversary of the nations bicentenary.
